This is the true story of the most gruesome insane serial killer, I have ever ran across to date. Richard Chase a man with terrible mental health issues and a taste for blood, terrorizes Sacramento in 1978. Killing 6 people and leaving everyone speechless as to the horror and brutality he inflicted. To date the FBI still uses Richard Chase as the model for teaching about disorganized serial killers.
