One of the reasons that people fall off track is because they miss those comfort foods or simply get bored of the bland crap they are eating. I mean seriously who wants to think about a life of chicken and broccoli forever. Not to mention one without pizza. This week Riki & Brandyn bring you 4 different macro-friendly pizza recipes!
Deconstructed Pizza
INGREDIENTS
•150-200g cauliflower crumbled/riced
•garlic powder
•Hormel turkey pepperoni
•1 serving of your favorite pasta sauce
•Kraft fat free shredded mozzarella
RECIPE
Coat a small to medium pan with olive oil spray. Add the cauliflower crumbles and sprinkle in some garlic powder (or whatever seasonings you prefer). After sautéing for about three to five minutes, add the sauce and turn the stove to low heat. After a minute, add your pepperoni while occasionally mixing the pan. Then add your cheese mixing occasionally until cheese has completely melted. Transfer to a bowl, bon appétit.
Lavash Flatbread Pizza
INGREDIENTS
•whole Joseph’s lavash flatbread
•favorite pizza/pasta sauce
•Kraft fat free shredded mozzarella
•favorite pizza toppings
RECIPE
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the lavash on it. Place in the oven for about 4 minutes. After the 4 minutes, flip the lavash and keep it in the oven for another 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and begin to assemble your pizza to your liking; sauce cheese, toppings. Place back into the oven and bake until the cheese has melted.

Breakfast Pizza
INGREDIENTS
RECIPE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is preheating, in a large skillet over medium heat, place lavash flatbread. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle the turkey sausage and spinach over the sauced flatbread. Allow to warm up and flatbread to begin to crisp (approximately 5 minutes). Transfer flatbread to baking sheet. Whisk egg and egg whites together and scramble in the pan. Spread the scrambled eggs out over the flatbread, covering with cheese and pepperoni.
