Josh Thompson served for 20 years as a military finance and healthcare leader before retiring in the summer of 2022. He's board certified as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has managed P&L's as large as $2.2B and been CFO and CEO of several hospitals.  He's currently the COO and managing partner of Kordis which is a fractional CFO advisory and accounting firm where he helps business owners of all sizes better understand their financials.  He's a proud dad to 3 teens and husband to his wife Amy for 20 years.
