We sit down with Tory Nicolay and Elsbeth Chaney to discuss the non-profit, Jasmine Road. Jasmine Road is South Carolina’s first two-year residential program that serves to heal, empower and employ adult women survivors by providing a pathway of opportunity and a lifelong community of support, significantly reducing the likelihood that women would return to life on the streets.
