Amber Michels with the Peace of Mind Project & The Peace of Mind Initiative. She is a force. Although a “heavier topic,” it is a necessary and relatable topic and was our favorite to film. We discuss maternity leave, post partum, parenting, momming, comparing, expectations, etc. Ashley and I truly appreciate her drive, certainty, and blunt personality to speak about what we as women NEED and WANT. This podcast feels important for women to recognize that we need to speak up as a unified group. It starts with taking care of ourselves.
