This week, Stephen and I discuss the fact that although the mass majority of us suffer from varying degrees of mental health issues, men tend to deal (or not deal) with them very differently, often leading to further degradation of mental health. Cultural perceptions and gender roles, amongst other factors, contribute to this in ways that do not affect women equally. The trend is showing signs of slowing but we still have a long way to go.
