This is a guided meditation that is designed to show you how to find your stillness. This is a fifteen minute  session so find a comfortable space and take this time to relax into a journey of slowing down and where you can just breathe for a little while. 
Preparation:  Find a quiet space and either sit or lie down somewhere comfortable. Make sure that it's a warm space and as much as possible free from noise and distraction. Some people in the past have used headphones to listen so that may help.  Wear loose, warm, and comfortable clothing.
