Hi all,
This past week there seemed to be a theme throughout all of my reading, conversations, and podcast teachings. I have been uncertain for a while what exactly I believe when it comes to GOD, the universe, mother earth etc. In this episode I share a bit about my upbringing in a very conservative "reformed Baptist" faith that was very legalistic. I know that some of my bias and skepticism comes from that upbringing and perspective of who God is. So for a while, I have been fine with leaving it in the "unknown" category, since we can never truly have the answer anyway, it is all about faith after all. Through some of the teachings and conversations I had the past week I believe some of my perspective has been shifted and it has left me feeling more open to possibilities of feeling personally connected with a higher power. This is a touchy subject, very personal and sensitive for many people, so I just want to clarify that these are just my personal musings, and I do not intend to sway your opinion or disregard your own beliefs. <3
