Hello! This week I let you in on one of my secrets to finding a little time to incorporate mindful rest into my daily routine! It's often hard to keep up with all the things in our life, and it can feel like a chore to add moments of rest. I don't know about you, but when I find a little moment to sit and rest there is a to-do list a mile long yelling at me and it keeps me from feeling rested. Yoga Nidra has many amazing benefits that I talk about in the episode, one of the biggest ones is aiding people with PTSD symptoms! In this episode I share how I use this practice regularly to help myself wake up feeling more rested and help with any insomnia that may arise. I hope this practice helps you as much as it has me!
