Hi all,

I just wanted to share a tidbit about having all four wisdom teeth removed and how the recovery has been going.  I share about how my inner critic is always tallying what I accomplished each day and never lets me rest, even when it's medically necessary!  I talk about how I am learning to change my self talk and release so much judgement that appears in all kinds of forms. If you have had a similar experience I would love to hear about it!
