Amanda Bryan is a Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, and Intuitive who’s been developing her mind-body-spirit connection since the age of 16. Amanda’s path to these spiritual and healing modalities had been a natural unfolding as she traversed her human challenges and natural curiosities, but one of the biggest realizations she carries with her and passes on through her Yoga classes and teachings is that balance is often what we are returning to.
