We know what we need to do.

Start a website, get some customers, attend a few networking events—that to-do list in the back of our heads is always yelling at us. Yet for some reason, we can’t initiate the momentum to start that business, side hustle, or art project.

On today’s episode of the Mentorbox podcast, we are discussing how to build good habits. When we focus on adopting the identity of someone who does what we want to do, instead of harping on the actions—we begin to see the desired results.

Tune in to today’s episode to learn how to make your habits stick, so you can push on forward to the mountain of success!

  • Afterwards, list out all the best habits you want to implement
  • Simultaneously attack changing both your habits and identity
  • Try to use the framing of: “I am a person who…”
  • Studies show that relationships are a series of micro-interactions between people
