In fact, although it feels like your world is crashing down, there are so many good things that can come as a result of being slightly different to others long term. Everyones experiences with it and circumstances are different and bipolar (& other mental illness) can also be depressing, destructive & dangerous to your health. But there are ways through and things that can help.. so make sure you reach for support. You are never fully alone. Make sure you don’t have a hormone imbalance before you start self diagnosing!
