A physician is a tool, if you don't know how to use them then you won't get much out of them. 

The current 5-10 minute time we get to spend with our physicians isn't enough to make a difference in our health. 

Patient education is critical in order to empower our patients. We don't do enough of it which reflect in our patient results.
