Accompanying their review, they enjoy a delicious Sidecar cocktail. To construct a Sidecar: Sugar the rim of a coup or small glass by wetting the rim with a lemon and dipping in sugar. Shake 2 ounces of brandy, 1 ounce of orange liqueur, and 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice together with ice and strain into your glass. Finally, garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
