Dear ladybugs and gentlealiens,
it has been a long while since you’ve heard from us. We hope you’re doing extremely well!
OUR BELOVED starwisp, the USC voXager, has been en route to a stopover back on planet Earth, where our newest crewmembers came on board. Please welcome with us Melanie Atreidae and Niccolo Clemente!
VOXAGER’s bridge crew is now: Helge, the technological tyrant behind the knobs; Tim, the drumming demigod; Vahid, the persian guitar prince; Nicco, the italian batallion at both mic and bass, and finally, Mel the terminatrix of souls at the microphone.
SO WHAT have we been up to all this time? Well, it has not been easy to recruit a stable and reliable crew — many former crewmembers had a change of heart upon fully realizing the daunting task that lies ahead: Launching into the void of space, with “unknown unknowns” at every step and turn Every deboarding crewman (or crewgirl) left a gap that needed to be closed, and each new member threw things back a few weeks or even months.
BUT TODAY, we’re proud to announce that we’re finally ready to take off for good! We’ve been working in this constellation for a few months now, and everyhing seems to pan out nicely. About 70% of our on-board time is spent preparing and practicing the upcoming live shows. The rest of the time goes into recording and working on our new album, “The blue haired girl that lived to be a thousand” (short: TBHG).
We’ll see you soon!
Yours truly,Höllge of voXager
