We are half way through the year and it's a great time to reflect on all we have done this year so far. What has gone well and wasn't hasn't gone so well. What can we learn from what didn't go so well and how can we improve on this in the second half of 2018?

I do a Good, Bad, Better excercise at the end of the month and a much bigger version at the end of each six month period. What went well, what didn't go well and what can I do better going forward?

It is so helpful for making sure that I am continuing to grow and improve what I am doing and how I am living and working.
