Welcome to the first of two episodes which is going to walk you through understanding your imposter syndrome and HOW to move past it!

In a poll of 500 teens, girls perceived blocks to themselves in the workplace because of their gender. Senior positions are underrepresented by women in the business world yet 64% of these girls see themselves in leadership positions in the future... So I ask what’s the gap?! Surely it can’t just be that women aren’t as skilled or experienced as men? I believe that success is 90% about your mindset and this is why I'm so passionate about supporting women to FEEL deserving and worthy of success, results and money!

In this weeks episode we are going to cover exactly what imposter syndrome is, how you might notice it showing up in your life and the impact this is having on you - because knowledge is power!! I’m going to dive into my personal story and you'll hear some prompts to write down your own imposter syndrome story too...!
