Here is a very raw and unedited look into who I am and why I am hosting this podcast for you all. It’s not polished or beautiful but I like it that way. It’s real and genuine and I’m sorry if at times the quality of sound hurts your ears but I’m diving all into this podcast world and presenting you with imperfect information. I’m starting messy but at least I’m starting. I will learn and grow along the way as everyone has to start somewhere. I would love for you all to take this wild journey with me on becoming a (savy) podcast host, starting a business that I am so passionate about, while having a full time job (that I’m also super passionate about). Along the way I will share my tips and tricks on all things wellness, self love, confidence, gratitude, health, fitness, adventure and so much more. Let’s just have some fun and dive right in.
