Long Lost Heroes Podcast is the brainchild of two lifelong buddies; Frank Marsilio and Aj Sherman. Since 2005 Frank and Aj have discussed the latest in geekery, media and culture. After playing in a HS cover band of the same name, the two have grown up; moved out and reunited to begin a brand new venture.
