In this special edition 'Fearless Fill Up' episode, Jeremy Lamph will give you some tried and true tips that are quick and to the point.Today's episode is focusing on a philosophy that Jeremy created and puts into practice in his own life. Pain and peace are two opposing, yet intertwined, categories. We live in one or the other at all times. Jeremy explains that when you are in one, you need to be searching for the other. While at first glance, that might seem strange to be searching for pain, but Jeremy breaks down this concept for you.We aren't meant to be at constant peace. Jeremy describes how you have to put yourself through pain to find the peace. We have to work a little harder to meet the goals that we have. This allows us to find peace on the other side of pain.A powerful takeaway from this week's episode is that you can decide the level of pain that it's going to be. You have the option to go out there and create it yourself to better yourself. Or, you can let the pain come to you. When that happens, you don't get to decide what the effect it has on you is. You have the option. You get to choose. You have the power.Jeremy further explains that contentment leads to pain and explains how this applies to you out on the road.If you haven't spent the time creating the pain yourself to better yourself as a professional or a person, the pain is going to decide what it is for you. Take that pain by the hand and you dictate what it's going to be. That way, when life brings us whatever comes our way, WE get to decide how we react to it.
