The energy within you. Systems that are connected with you on a different level.

Let emotions flow through you and do its thing.

Chakras and being related to the physical body.

Root chakra, sacral center, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, crown.

This or something greater still. When writing dreams and goals- allow space for universe to give you something that you may not even know that you want.
