2023 is here, are you ready?  Yes, it's a new year, bring it on.

What is going to be different about this year?

It's not a fresh start when you take the same YOU into the new year.

What do we desire for 2023?

I want to win, do you?

In order for us to win we need a game plan. Like an athlete and their coach, they go into every game/match with a game plan. They have strategies, plans and resources and complete equipment to help achieve their win.

In this episode, I talk about how essential it is to have a game plan for 2023

I know I went full-on with the sports as a metaphor, but hope you get teh message. This month (January) really is about putting the plan together.

I share a few tips o how to a game plan together

* Make sure your game plan matches your values, priorities and the lifestyle you want to live.

*Time is a non-renewable resource - so use your time wisely.

* Write your vision and goals down

* Identify who is in your support corner- because you can do life and business alone.
