I had been waiting for this for awhile. I have loved Jeff's work on Return home and had high hopes for this. I was not disappointed at all, amazing start to what I am sure is going to be a great series. Can not wait for the rest.

Just Awesome...

Completely obsessed can’t get enough of it!!!!

I feel bad that it only took me 2, maybe 3, days to listen to this podcast as I'm sure the people behind it took much longer to put this together. However, I couldn't stop listening. As soon as one episode was done I needed to hear the next one. Such a gripping tale! It was dark, but wonderfully told.

Started off as a fun if totally derivative Haunting of Hill House fan fiction. Switched it off after it turned into domestic violence porn. The narrator really gets into it, but it's just not for me.

TW: This podcast has verbal depictions of physical abuse.Easy to binge thanks to the shortness of the episodes and a story that pulls you in. Unfortunately as often as I found myself clinging on to every word the narrator said, wanting to know what was about to happen, I'd get pulled away from it for ads. It was like being around the camp ground listening to an interesting ghost story and someone jumping in to shout random bs no one cares about in the middle of it. Every time I skipped through another 'sponsored message' I hated them more and more. It really took away from the immersion into the story. That con aside though, I did enjoy the story.

3.5/5. Very enjoyable podcast, great to listen to when you're looking for something short and slightly creepy (but not too creepy). I liked the ending however it also left me with some questions regarding the plot. Would recommend!
