Halloween is just a few weeks away. Sounds like the perfect time to do something that SCARES you. You might be asking, why in the hell would I WANT to do something that scares me? Simple really, doing something scary helps you snap out of your ruts and gives your brain a little bump in energy. It also, depending on what you do, might lead to a new way of thinking or being. It could even show you something about yourself you never new – a side of you or a part of you you haven’t gotten to know yet. You just never know!
