Amanda Vining, my sister, joins me to talk about how COVID-19 is affecting the city of Medillin, Colombia. Amanda, her husband Jonathan, and their two children moved to Columbia two years ago.  They are part of an organization called 911Life, that serves at-risk families in the city of Medellin.
