In our ninth episode of Leading Between the Lines, we meet Chief People Officer, Linda Höglund from Swedish based fintech company, Zimpler.

Founded in 2012 by Kristofer Ekman Sinclair and Johan Friis, Zimpler offers an account-to-account payment solution for companies that want a quick and simple way to provide incoming and outgoing bank payments for their users. The company is live in over 11 different countries and has over 80 employees. It is expected to double that headcount before 2022.

Having previously worked for Klarna, another Swedish fintech company, Linda tells us what attracted her to working for a scale-up company and why it was an easy decision to join Zimpler.

Linda has her finger on the pulse when it comes to people development as she truly understands why taking care of people is so important to the growth of an organisation.
