Meditation of some sort is a part of many Eastern Religions. The Bible speaks of meditation, but in a very different way than those religions or New Age philosophy. In Part One of this series, Dr. David looks at several examples of where Jesus, Peter, and Paul engaged in prayer and meditation. In Part Two, we will delve more deeply into the nuts and bolts of Christian mediation.
