There is a trend in mental health pushing back against labeling many of our human experiences as trauma. Is there a line between recognizing our traumas to grow into a healthy person and over pathologizing the simple things? I wish there was a world where we didn’t need the labels to honor our own and each other’s experiences… but that’s getting in the weeds.
