Humpty Harry was a character both feared and mocked in his native Norfolk. The 4’ 8 hunchback would be known for his “insatiable passion for butchering young girls” and was responsible for at least 4 attacks. His last would be fatal; on October 21st 1881, he murdered Hannah Brett in Saham Toney, just days before her 11th birthday.
