1/2 bag of Frozen Sweet Pepper Stips
1/2 bag of frozen chopped onions
2 Tumaro's Low calorie wraps
McCormick Original Taco seasoning
First you place the Pepper strips in your skillet. Cook these covered on a medium heat stirring occasionally until they are no longer frozen. Then add the onions and taco seasoning. Increase the heat to high until the onions are cooked and the moisture has been either absorbed by the taco seasoning or evaporated. Spit the completed mixture into your two wraps and you're ready to go!
