Vivienne Porritt is an inspirational person, author/speaker and educator. In this fascinating conversation, Vivienne describes her work to date with #WomenEd and shares what we can all do to tackle gender inequality in education. This podcast was one which made me really reflect on my own practice and I am sure it will prompt thought and hope that we can all support the movement to bring about gender equality in our schools and colleges.

I also coach leaders, particularly women leaders.

Previously I was a Headteacher of a secondary mixed comprehensive in Surrey following posts as a Deputy, SLT, Head of sixth form, Faculty Director, Head of Department, English and Drama teacher in Kent, London, West Sussex and Surrey. As a Headteacher I was seconded to the DfES in 2004 as London CPD Advisor."
