He's been called a fortune teller, a prophet, a clairvoyant, a scammer... Nostradamus is said to have accurately predicted every major event in history, from the JFK assassination to 9/11 to the Covid pandemic. His books are still bestsellers, and people still live their lives today according to his readings of the stars, even though the French astrologer has been dead for over 500 years. So was 'Michel de Nostredame' and his most famous book The Prophecies (Les Prophéties) the real deal? How did he so accurately predict things like the existence of Hitler, or the exact year Queen Elizabeth II would die, hundreds of years before it all happened?

Or... was he just a travelling salesman who started selling fake horoscopes for money and accidentally lucked into a very profitable scam?
