I am an expert in supporting great individuals or teams in making their next step into "the new", creating and managing their change in line with their values and beliefs, with minds, souls and hearts in harmony. 

From business perspective, I have long experience in senior leadership (MD and VP levels), business development, locations and departments launches under big scale global organizations and global projects.

In previous work experience of 17 years in Senior Leadership Positions I led 2nd largest Fujitsu’s Global Delivery Centre in the World.

I led business of IT and Technology for global brands in all main Industries and all IT Delivery Hubs, which include Infrastructure, Applications, Network and Security services and R&D & Innovation Centre.

Led global multi-country capability hubs of Industry Services and R&D.

I also headed production, marketing and created own IT startup.

Most importantly, I am a coach and I have been coached, by many. I know how success of a coach looks like and how it failed. From both perspectives, which help me do the right thing today...
