The wait is over...the first episode of Jed Talks is finally here!

Jed starts off by explaining why the podcast has been delayed, and he sets the record straight (once and for all) on the headlines that have been swirling around him the last few months.

Moving on, Jed welcomes Nashville singer/songwriter and good friend, Jackie Lee, onto the pod as his first guest. The two discuss writing music via Zoom, getting addicted to caffeine during quarantine, Jackie's freshly blown-out Achilles, and the ridiculousness of some childhood dreams.

Next, Jackie opens up about his battle with testicular cancer and shares incredible stories about the surgery, the difficulties of his recovery process, some misconceptions about testicular cancer, and what lessons he learned from beating it.

Lastly, Jed and Jackie remember the time some 10-year-olds threw rocks at them, the time they got into a fight at a kickball game (with a church team), and they express their appreciation for growing up in the Smoky Mountains.
