Nutrition and exercise is not only important for losing weight. Nutrition and exercise have a huge influence on how we feel, think and behave. Research has shown that certain foods have great influence on our energy levels as well as our hormonal and emotional household. This means that certain foods can make us feel tired, bloated and even drained. Different research has also shown that our physiology can have instant influence on our state of mind and our moods. This means that certain short exercises can increase our energy level and/or reduce our stress levels in just a few minutes. All of this is also connected to how healthy we are, how we feel in general, how well we can concentrate, study, work and/or enjoy our day.
