Darian Jerard born Darian J. Bagley 1966 Bronx New York, A proud Graduate from the first HBCU Lincoln University with aspirations of starting a business in Sales, but somehow ending up in TV and Film Production after college working first in the Music Video Production industry in the late 80's and early 90's, and later moving on to TV production at WHYY TV-12 where I was nominated for 11 Emmy's.  I won 2 Emmy's in 1996 for Outstanding TV Production; "The Sounds of Philadelphia".  We were nominated for 4 Emmy's and won 2.

After producing local news segments for Fox29 and NBC10 News in the late 90's, I became a Video production Instructor working with the School District of Philadelphia, and other community organizations like Berean Institute, identifying and training individuals to assume different career opportunities and positions behind the camera.  This is what led me into Teaching.  I currently work for the School District of Philadelphia as a Climate Manager.  I am also a Fitness Coach having created "The 3-15 Theory" which is a 15-minute circuit training that uses your own body-weight and was created for busy professionals and individuals I also have a Security Staffing Agency; "DJ Securities"
