This podcast is about young people entering the workforce who talk a lot their experience with imposter syndrome. All genders and races feel this however, women and people of colour have it amplified. This podcast is a way to raise awareness on this issue, which can often stem from a lack of diversity and inclusion, and provide others who also feel it a safe space to learn about it and how they can overcome it.
