I am joined by Chelane Lukan today. 

Chelane has embraced the unknown and removed herself from her comfort zone in order to live a life that makes her happy.  Struggling with shyness, fear, negative thoughts, small town anxiety and people pleasing are all battles Chelane has continued to work on and she's sharing her story on how she took action to better her confidence and self worth.
