Welcome back! We're coming at you a little late this time around guys because we were practicing what we preach! In today's episode we're talking all about mental health. It's obviously hard to wrap it all up in a little package considering the topic is so broad, but we focus on mental health stigmas in the Latinx Community, in our families, with relationships, and we skim by postpartum depression (though it really deserves its own episode). Both Karina and I really enjoyed recording this episode as it was a bit more personal. We talk lots of feelings guys.
