It's that time of year again to be good wholesome, law abiding folk, and stop drinkin'.  
No, not in October this year due to scheduling conflicts, but in November. November 8th to December 8th.  Join in a win the cup returning champs D. Colleaux, and M. Zimmer.  
This years challenge:
 sobriety (of course),
'x' amount of push-ups per day.
'x' amount of sit-ups per day
'x' amount of body weight squats per day.  
'x' = whatever number you think you can do.  AND IT CAN'T BE JUST 1!!!
The champs from last year will be doin 200s!
