Last week I had 2 incredible consults with clients. They really brought the energy and we came up with some really cool analogies to take back control and get back on track. Losing control of your health and pursuit of your goals can be contributed to many things. Even after all the time, effort and money doing meal prep, you still don't feel like eating the meals you prepared. Humans love to have their senses activated and it's actually what draws us towards certain foods. If your meals are looking bland, aren't well presented (and lack flavour) you're less likely to eat them. Especially if there is a better offer at the tip of you fingers.
