In this first episode, I discuss the many lessons I learned from my friend, colleague, and mentor, Dr. Lori Weichenthal.  A true renaissance woman, Dr. Weichenthal was an accomplished emergency physician as well as medical educator, wellness trailblazer,  wilderness medicine expert, athlete, and an overall oracle for the right answers.  She was instrumental in setting me up for success through wellness practices such as yoga and meditation. I also talk about three patient cases with Dr. Weichenthal that helped shape me as a physician.
