I really appreciate the premise and format of this show. While I’m not the core ideal listener avatar, the books are good and hosts likeable. The more you listen, the more comfortable you get hanging out with this podcast. It’s fun and funny.

Great podcast. I've listened for years

I love this podcast. I always move it to the front of my podcast cue. It is wonderful to hear such a supportive friendship and as Kristen and Jolenta turn a critical eye on the self help book genre. Always wildly entertaining and informative. The husband cameos are wonderful and it is nice to hear positive and supportive relationships in the pop culture realm.

The hosts give a funny take on popular self help books, and they're really dedicated to living by the rules every week. I like the mix of recording their thoughts during the experience and then analysis after two weeks.
