Welcome Back, Wellness Warrior! 

Sharing something today that we ALL can relate to…back to hormone health today. We all have HOREMONES, are we listening to these little messengers though?? They are constantly relaying messages, but are we paying any attention? 

 

Our guest today started paying attention and discovered something. She went on a journey to pursue peace in her hormone health. We are both nurses and love the body and have similar stories.

Unfortunately, we have a lot of mic noises that I couldn't edit out- so sorry for the distracting noises. But gotta listen through it, because it’s so good! 

 

Lauren is a registered nurse, wellness coach, mom, Christ-follower and the host of the podcast PMS Made Peaceful. For years, Lauren struggled to manage debilitating negative and anxious thoughts that would bombard her in the week before getting her period. She would often feel like a failure as a wife and friend, and that she just didn't have the capacity to care for herself well. When she started to work with her body and the natural rhythms God had created her with through holistic wellness and implementing habits daily, things started to shift. She now also helps other Christian women who are wanting more emotional regulation during their premenstrual phase, so they can feel more calm throughout their whole cycle.
