Welcome Back, Wellness Warrior! 

I believe you are here because you understand that wellness is not our default. We actually have to be intentional and pursue shalom and wellness. And if we don’t do this toxins, bad habits and negativity creep in. 

BUT, so many of us get overwhelmed on where to start. There is so much noise out there, it’s common to get frozen in fear, indecision and procrastination. 

Dr. Lorena Harding mentioned this in Episode 64 and shared how she starts and instructs her clients to start: REMOVE ONE TOXIN, ADD ONE HEALTHY HABIT.
