In this week's episode, Nina connects with her good friend and fellow Hypnotherapist, Candice Enriquez, over coffee and together they dive into Candice's journey and how as a brand new mom she found the world of hypnotherapy through HypnoBirthing.
 
Candice fell in love with her own HypnoBirthing experience and went on to learn how to teach this to other women through classes and also as a private birthing doula. In working with women, Candice came to realize that most of her clients experienced a heaviness coming into motherhood due to fears that were often caused by childhood, sexual, and other traumas that were unresolved. As a result, Candice went on to get advanced training as a Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist to assist in these deeper areas and developed Higher Mind Birthing to help empower clients to work through these areas in order to break the cycle that so often gets passed along to following generations.
