Starting as a marketing analyst at Papa John's, Victoria worked there for over 15 years eventually landing up at the top as their Chief of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

And she continues to make strides now working as Beam Suntory's first Chief D&I Officer.

Victoria has so much to share, everything from walking into a big PR controversy to stepping into a new organization and learning what they are really about.
