For the 9th episode, I invited @tigress.lifts who works at @female_pt to discuss all things health and fitness! We talked about the lack of facilities and spaces for Muslim women (and women generally) to exercise as well as the lack of their use by Muslim women too! We also talked about motivating yourself to get into exercise or the gym, as well as dieting and nutrition. It was so great talking to a personal trainer and someone who has gone into the fitness industry in order to represent Muslim women and learning so much from her!
