Heal Chat was created to provide women with strategies and suggestions to feel more balanced, accomplished and successful in their lives. Each episode will cover a common clinical topic such as: coping, self esteem, stress or a transitional life stage, beginning with post college and moving through to the empty nest.Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Therapist working with women, ages 21-55, living with everyday stressors, anxiety, depression and/or going through significant life transitions.
